Have very sensitive allergic scalp. After using these products I feel nothing. Yes, nothing! No weight, no irritation, no dryness, no itching. Hair mildly moisturized with no heavy feel.

I was so happy to add this into my tool box of products that I use in my salon behind the chair. I have a client who suffers from eczema around her ears and a sensitive scalp. I used this trio and not only did it leave her hair feeling soft shiny and clean, it did not aggravate her scalp at all.

I was diagnosed with seb derm and my symptoms were an area of patchy flaking and a scalp change from 4 days between blowouts to barely getting 24 - 36 hours before I felt GROSS. I lightly oiled my scalp w brain octane mct oil and then used ochre’s shampoo/conditioner and a sample of the blow out cream. I tried the happy crappy kid shampoo and was vastly underwhelmed (that’s an autocorrect but I’m going to leave it bc my blow out was, in fact, unhappy 💩 after using it lol). I am so pleased with both my scalp and ends after using ochre . No itching, no flaking, and back to a 3 day blowout that looks great and could go longer if I wanted it To!

I’ve always struggled with sensitive/reactive skin and eczema. Unfortunately, I have recently been having issues with my scalp reacting to my hair products. While there are a few products for sensitivities out there, I found that most did not have great reviews for both scalp and hair results. I found Ochre via the National Eczema Association.
So far I am pleased with the results! No reactions after a handful of washes and my hair feels and looks great. No odd consistency of product or residue after rinsing. I was surprised at how much lather from one pump of shampoo. The conditioner is not super thick but works well. I have 2c/3a type hair, and use a styling foam for my waves/curls, so I did find the styling cream a bit lacking for my own preference. However, I was impressed by it overall - it definitely cut down the frizz. Straight-haired people might have more success with it.
I will continue to use the shampoo and conditioner and will repurchase both. I am not convinced the Everything Cream is for me but I will keep experimenting!

After using Ochre’s shampoo and conditioner, I’ve already noticed a meaningful difference! My scalp feels noticeably cleaner and more balanced, without any of the stripping or dryness I usually experience. It’s rare to find something that addresses both scalp health and overall hair feel so well, but Ochre truly delivers.

After just one use my scalp was left without feeling tingly or burning. I have had inflammation issues for years after using professional shampoos and conditioners. With my first use of OCHRE my discomfort seemed to go away! I love using the hair cream daily, it really is everything just like the name suggests. Very happy

Cancer medications take a toll on hair, and allergic tendencies mean I’ve always had to use dye free, scent free products. The shampoo and conditioner were recommended to me by my daughter, and they work beautifully. Thanks for a great product!

Early review (one month in): I’m extremely impressed - this really feels like something special.
The shampoo has some of the best lather I’ve ever experienced from a product formulated for sensitive or exclusion-based use. It cleans effectively, rinses out easily, and leaves my scalp feeling neutral rather than dry. The conditioner pairs perfectly, restoring moisture with just the right amount of slip while still rinsing cleanly.
After a single wash cycle, I was already able to move to an every-other-day routine and may even stretch it further as my scalp adjusts fully. The included pump amount is ideal, and I love the design and feel of the bottles in my shower.
For context: I grew up using two-in-ones and struggled with occasional dandruff, then swung the other way with Dr. Bronner’s as my only shower product for nearly a decade - great for skin, inconsistent for hair. After meeting my wife, I started trying everything from tea-tree formulas to high-end lines like Oribe and Olaplex but never found anything both consistent and worth the price.
The closest I’d come were others on the Eczema Association list: Odele was fine but unremarkable compared to other box store options, SEEN’s conditioner didn’t work or feel great for me, and Nécessaire was the opposite - a better conditioner than shampoo. This line outperforms them all in both feel and function.

Finally a product that my scalp and hair love, including the cream which I adore! I’ve been seeing less and less flakes each wash, so it feels like my scalp biome is finally healing!!

At first, I was worried it might not work well for my dry hair. But after using it for just a week, my hair became smoother, more hydrated, and much easier to manage. Since I have sensitive skin, I’m usually very careful when choosing shampoos and conditioners, but this one worked perfectly for me.

I workout / sweat heavily almost every day so my long curly hair gets more frequent washes than likely is recommended and have tended to get pretty dry / damaged in the past. I'm a BUSY working mom with little tolerance for lots of steps in my routine. Things just need to work and these do the job. I am also a stickler on quality of products and have had a hard time in the past finding clean products that actually cleanse my hair.

After several months of use I'm really happy with the condition of my hair - not dry or damaged. The shampoo & conditioner are a cleansing but still hydrating combo. And its simple enough to use the cream on my wet hair - quickly scrunch my curls - without needing extra sprays or heat to hold a neat look for the workday. BONUS- my back acne has improved significantly, which I attribute to switching to Ochre from products with fragrance.

I'm so thrilled with these products! I have rosacea and eczema and must use fragrance-free haircare. I also have thick, curly hair that's a bit hard to manage, and I've recently had some dandruff issues. This shampoo and conditioner made my scalp flakes completely disappear in two uses, and they also make my hair so soft and shiny! And no skin flares at all. I'm delighted! I also tried the little sample packet of the hair cream that came with my order and it's great too, I will absolutely be ordering that next.
